A vital part of the clinic's team consists of good anaesthesiologists certified by the Czech Association of Anaesthetists, who are responsible for constant monitoring of patients' health during the surgery and after it. Our clinic is the largest of its kind in Europe. It has been specializing in tumescent liposuction for 10 years. The clinic has 700 square meters of available space with four spacious, air-conditioned operating rooms featuring state-of-the-art technical equipment as well as its own ward with comfortable rooms. Laser CO2 Dream Pulse III (2007)

Surgical laser with five modes of generating laser beams can be used for a wide range of aesthetic surgeries, such as transconjunctival blepharoplasty or laser resurfacing of the face (whole or partial).

Dräger Fabius Tiro Anaesthesiology (2006)

This modern device has completely changed the way of administration of inhalation anaesthetics to patients. Before, patients were given only standard, tested doses of anaesthetics and were observed by anaesthesiologists drawing solely on their own experience of monitoring the heart rate and blood pressure. In our clinic, we are now additionally able to monitor the exact composition and amount of inhaled and exhaled gas mixtures and even measure muscle and brain activity. This gives our anaesthesiologists an opportunity to accurately and precisely control the artificial sleep. The patient thus benefits from a significantly better control of the course of anaesthesia and a pleasant awakening after the surgery – with no pain and without nausea.

Johnson & Johnson Gen 300 Harmonic Scalpel (2007)

Harmonic scalpel is a surgical device used to cut tissues and stop bleeding. It is a gentler, less invasive and safer method compared to other commonly used procedures. Incisions are made on the principle of ultrasonic vibrations produced by this special tool, which enables the surgeon to make precise cuts while sparing the surrounding tissue and stopping the bleeding. The use of the harmonic scalpel leads to a faster, uncomplicated healing of surgical wounds in comparison with standard methods. Our clinic is the first and the only reference centre of Johnson & Johnson in the Czech Republic that has been using the harmonic scalpel device in plastic surgery.

Medela Dominant 50 Aspirators (2006)

In our clinic, tumescent liposuction procedures are performed by advanced, modern and fully adjustable Medela aspirators. Thanks to a system of a continuous control of the aspiration pressure it is possible to adjust the device to different skin types and conditions. Thanks to this, the results of the procedure are always perfect. The aspiration device also features electronically controlled applicators of tumescent liquid. It can also be used with an attached vibrating head for aspirating larger fat pads – the method is known as microvibration technique.

Use of Disposable Materials

In our clinic you can be always sure that the masks and drapes used in the surgery as well as a considerable part of surgical instruments are used only once. Thus, we substantially eliminate the risk of infection or other complications. Other equipment and instruments are also new and fully comply with the respective health and technical standards of the EU.

Payment Terms

Advance

When arranging the date of the surgery, the client pays an advance of CZK 5,000. The date of the surgery thus becomes binding on both parties. The advance is used to cover the necessary personnel and material costs incurred when preparing the surgery and is non-refundable.

If the clinic doesn't receive the advance from the client within two days of making the reservation, the surgery is cancelled.

Price of Surgery

The price of the surgery is quoted during the consultation with the surgeon and its full amount is payable on the day of surgery at the latest (it can be paid cash or by card). In case of bank transfer, the full amount must be credited to the account of the clinic at least 2 days before the surgery. If you decide to pay by card, we suggest that you check your daily limit for cash payment to avoid inconveniences and complications later, on admission to the clinic for the surgery.

Change of the Date of Surgery

The date of the surgery can be changed in case of serious complications. Charges for the change depend on the time of notification of the change to the clinic:

- at least 15 days before the surgery:	No charge
- 7 – 14 days before the surgery:	CZK 1,250
- less than 7 days before the surgery:	CZK 2,500

The amount is deducted from the advance. The rest of the advance can be used by the client at the clinic within a year of its payment. After that it becomes non-refundable.
